Depending on the project, one or several small thumbnail images/sketches will presented to the client as proof of concept.
Client will select one of the presented images, and may request changes at this stage to the pose, composition, etc.If changes are requested, client will be presented with the reworked image for approval.✦ Sketch ✦
Once a concept has been approved, work will begin on a refined sketch. Once completed, image is presented to client for approval.✦ Lineart ✦
The approved sketch is fully lined and presented to the client for approval.At this stage, lines are presented plainly / colored black to be changed when flat colors are applies.If client wishes for lines to remain black rather than being colored in the next stage, they must specify this.✦ Flat Color ✦
The flat colors are applied to the lines of the image, and the lines are colored to match (unless otherwise indicated).If client has requested coloring, they request edits or approve the flat colors before the next stage.Clients may request for EITHER simple sharing or painting style shading.✦ Shading ✦
Depending upon the type of shading style requested by the client, the image is shaded using either a simple style shading or painting style shading.As a final stage in the art process, clients are presented with the finished product after shading has been applied.Clients may give their final approval of the image or may request a change.However, please note that any changes requested at this stage will be considered a major edit due to the complexity of editing the image at this late stage.Once final approval has been given, the client will receive the unwatermarked, full resolution image of the finished product.
This image will be given in PNG format and 300 Dpi, unless otherwise specified.The client may now use the image as outlined in the Terms of Service.

Payment is received and processed through PayPal.
Only after payment has been received and confirmed will work begin on the commissioned piece.Payment will only be accepted in a cash format (USD, Euro, etc.) and this artist will not accept payment in the forms of exposure or future promised profits.✦ Additional Elements ✦
Prices may vary according to details of the required piece, and may be reduced if the piece is simplistic (i.e. a small and/or simplified animal) or increased if complex (i.e. complicated props, costumes, mechanical parts, etc.)Simple backgrounds may be included with no additional charges (i.e. solid blocks of color, gradients, small environmental indicators such as grass/soil at the characters feet). These elements must specifically be requested or the image will be presented with a transparent background.Additional Characters
Additional character may be included interacting in the same artwork but will be charged at full price.Example:
A client wants two full-bodied characters to be interacting in a single image. This will total a cost of $60 ($30 x 2).Refund Policy
After the final rendition of the product has been approved and delivered to the client, there are no avenues for refund.
